RJ competed in his second Father's Day 10K race. It was a beautiful morning with a nice cool breeze, makes all the difference. RJ finished with a time of 52 minutes. Better than last years and his second best time. I then indulged his need for McD's for lunch and then let him peacefully nap and watch the final round of the US Open. I didn't complain once or try to weasel a back rub out of him. RJ commented it was one of the nicest Sunday's he's had.

Father's Day 10K
